ღ Why did I Choose this Speech? ღ

 

Viola Davis is an incredible woman, an actress and producer, that was the first african-american woman in the universe of acting to win an Oscar, an Emmy, and a Tony. That cause a big impact on the world with her emotional speech at the Women's March in 2018, at the "Me Too" movemet. Now, I will give you the reasons, of why I chose her speech.

Initially Viola Davis, is one of my role models, because when I saw her speech, in a way, it put my feet on the ground, maybe that is one of the principals motives, for me to select her impresive words for my exam, also, I think that is important to make people know about these marches, and the impact their cause. Another factor that led me to choose it, is that her word are completely honest and direct about her opinions, that sadly are more facts than opinions. Moreover with this talk, I wanna teach my classmates, about the type of things some women (and also men) pass in their lives, because if we learn more about this, I hope that in the future we could change radically the society. Even if this speech is a little bit short, I think it continuous giving a deep message. 

Furthermore, I chose this, because unlucky for me, I can identify with a thing she said, I don't want to go in details, so I just will continue with all the other reasons I think this speech will be a great idea to present my classmates. In my opinion, she had a really good point of view (the point of view I share with her), another thing, I can say, is that I admire the way Viola Davis said all the things, I mean, she said it really clear and loud, because she want everybody to hear her, to pay attention to her words, to make people realice, to make a change!. Aditionally, I like this speech, because it is not really complicated, as I said before, is direct, but deep.

 Finally, I must say, that even if there are a lot of things left to say, these is the end, and these are the reasons for my decision, and something I think I should clear out, is that this was not my first topic to talk about, because, it is like a bad memory of horrible past experiences, but now that I analize it more, I know that is better for everybody to know more about this topic.
